Terms of use
Last updated 12 September 2026.
These are the terms for using Elwenne, the companion at elwenne.com. They are short on purpose. By using Elwenne you agree to them.
What Elwenne is
Elwenne is an AI companion for everyday reflection and wellness. It is not a medical or mental health service, it does not give medical advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional or for emergency services. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency number.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. You need a Google account to sign in.
Your content
What you write to Elwenne is yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it, encrypt it, send it to the models that write replies, and show it back to you. You can export or delete it at any time, as described on the privacy page.
Using Elwenne well
Please do not use Elwenne to harm others, to try to reach other people's vaults, to overload the service, or to take it apart. We may suspend an account that does these things.
Availability and limits
Elwenne is new and still growing. The free tier allows 20 messages a day, and we may change limits, features, and prices as the product develops; we will say so in the app. We work hard to keep Elwenne available, but we cannot promise it will always be up or free of mistakes. Elwenne can be wrong. Treat its reflections as a starting point, not a verdict.
Liability
Elwenne is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
When these terms change we update the date at the top and, for changes that matter, tell you in the app.
