Every reflection cites your own entries. Nothing comes back as a ruling about the sort of person you are; it comes back attached to the line it grew out of. Anything that explained you to yourself with nothing to point at would be asking for a kind of trust it has not earned and should not want.
Suggestions come from a small library of well-studied techniques, never from whatever the model feels like saying. Small is the honest word in that sentence.
